We discovered on Aliexpress a new mini PC with flat design called SZBOX S513 with the latest Intel Gen13 processor.
This is a mini PC with a fairly compact metal case that stands out for its low profile and external antennas. Inside it offers us the processor of no less than 12 cores, the Intel Core i5-13500H with it is possible to move any program no matter how demanding it is. In addition, this processor has an Intel Xe GPU with 80 execution units, quite powerful in this aspect.
We also have quite a few connection options, some of them quite old, which can be useful for industrial applications.
SZBOX S513 Specifications
In the SZBOX S513 mini PC we find a powerful Intel Core i5-13500H processor manufactured in 10nm. This hardware offers us 12 cores, it has 4 maximum performance cores that reach 4.7 Ghz and 8 efficient cores that reach 3.7 Ghz. The iGPU is an Intel Iris Xe with 80 EU that has a maximum speed of 1.45 Ghz, something that allows moving apps with graphic demand.
For RAM we have two SO-SIMM DDR4 3200 Mhz slots where we can install up to 96 GB. For storage we have an SSD M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 4.0 connector and another SATA3 with space for a 2.5-inch storage unit.
Connectivity and other features
Inside the SZBOX S513 we have an M.2 slot with a Wifi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 mounted adapter. Around the perimeter of the case we have six USB-A 2.0 ports, two USB 3.0 ports, two 3.5mm audio jacks, a RJ45 Gigabit network connector, HDMI 2.0 video out with 4K@60 HDR support and an old VGA port.
Included with the computer we have small external power supply. The operating system we can install is Windows 11 Pro or some Linux distribution.
