New version of the Chinese T-bao X8S laptop that we found in stores, with better specifications compared to the version that we had on the market until now with Celeron J3455.
This new variant of the T-bao X8S now includes 16 GB of LPDR4 RAM, compared to the 8 GB we had before, and an Intel Celeron J4125 processor that also improves the previous Celeron J3455 that we had in the old version of this laptop. A couple of pretty cool internal hardware improvements that will make Windows and other programs run more smoothly. With regard to design, it also seems that we have some significant improvement, since the bezels of the screen are reduced to 5 mm and it occupies 90% of the front, something that results in the total size of the laptop.
T-bao X8S Specs
The T-bao X8S laptop includes an Intel Celeron J4125 processor. A Quad Core x86 manufactured in 14 nm, capable of reaching a maximum speed of 2.5 Ghz, which integrates an Intel HD 600 GPU and is cooled by a small fan.
Also included is 16 GB of LPDDR4 RAM and a 512 GB M.2 SSD, though we do have room to fit a second 2.5-inch SATA3 storage drive. A configuration with which Windows 10 will move smoothly, in the same way as the most common programs.
Screen and other specifications
The screen of the T-bao X8S is a 15.6-inch IPS with a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and includes a 1.0 MP camera with microphone at the top. It also includes Dual Band Wi-Fi aC, Bluetooth 4.0, a 4000 mAh battery and on the sides we have 2 USB 2.0 ports, a USB 3.0, miniHDMI video output, a 3.5 mm audio jack and a micro SD card reader.
The factory-installed operating system is Windows 10 Pro, upgradable to Windows 11. We have a full keyboard in English with good space between keys.
