T01A a cheap mini projector with HD resolution and Android 9

Summer is here and sales of projectors of all ranges are growing, to take advantage of the pull we have among us the new T01A, a basic range mini projector.

A small projector that has a native HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and that has at least Android 9 as the operating system, something that makes it easy to use and enjoy. A system with which we can install all kinds of apps and that we can use with the included remote control. As the central core of Android we have the low-end Rockchip RK3328A Soc based on ARM Cortex-A7 processors and totally outdated at present, although for multimedia playback and running basic apps it can be useful.

The T01A projector uses LCD technology, with a native HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, an average brightness of 250 ANSI Lumens and contrast ratio of 1000:1. The focus is manual, the keystone correction too, and we can get a screen that goes between 33.5″ and 120″ with a projection distance that goes between 1 and 5m. As usual with some projectors, this one includes front, rear and ceiling projection modes and has a built-in 3W speaker inside its plastic chassis.

This projector includes the low-end Rockchip RK3228A SoC manufactured in 28nm. A Chip that has four ARM Cortex-A7 processors that reach up to 1.5Ghz and a Mali-400 GPU that includes native H.265 and VP9 video decoding up to 4K@60fps with support for HLG HDR10.

This projector is complemented by 1 GB of DDR3 RAM and 8 GB of eMMc storage memory that we can expand by adding a memory device to the included USB port. For wireless connectivity we have Dual Band Wi-Fi aC and Bluetooth 4.1 and for connectors we have an HDMI 2.0 port, a USB 2.0 port and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
