Announced the new TCL 60 NXTPAPER, a smartphone from this popular brand that stands out for its Ink operating mode that simulates the monochrome ink of e-book readers.
This 6.8-inch has an IP54-certified body and inside we find an Octa Core Mediatek Helio G92 SoC Octa Core, an entry-level chip that scores around 225,000 points on Antutu V10. Surprising is its 108 MP camera, quite a few megapixels for a terminal that only carries 4G connectivity.
The operating system is Android 15 with the TCL UI layer and to activate the reading mode “Max Ink Mode” we have a dedicated button on the side that also disables notifications from non-essential apps that can bother us while reading.

This smartphone has as its core element a MediaTek Helio G92 processor, an Octa Core manufactured in 12 nm. A chip with 2 ARM Cortex-A75 processors that reach 2.0 Ghz and six other Cortex-A55 that reach up to 1.8 GHz. In the graphics section we have integrated GPU Mali-G52 MC2 with a maximum speed of 1.0 Ghz that allows us to play demanding titles but without putting them in high quality.
The RAM memory we have soldered on board is 8 GB LPDDR4X that we can expand up to 10 GB with virtual memory. For storage, we have 256/512 GB eMMC 5.1 options expandable by micro SD cards up to 2 TB.
Display, cameras, and other features
As a screen we have a 6.8-inch IPS panel, with a 2460×1080 resolution, 90 Hz refresh, a maximum brightness of 550 nits and 1500:1 contrast. In the photographic section we have a front camera with 32 MP sensor and a 108 MP rear camera supported by a 2 MP depth camera.
It has wireless connectivity Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, quad GPS, NFC and a 4G-LTe modem with Dual SIM. For connectivity we find a USB Type-C 2.0 OTG port and a 3.5 mm audio jack while the battery is 5200 mAh with 33 W fast charging. In this terminal we have integrated 2 speakers with DTS certification and the fingerprint reader is integrated into the power button.
