TCL has just unveiled a new budget smartphone, the TCL K33 5G a simple terminal with 5G connectivity as an incentive and is expected to hit the market at a fairly low price.
A terminal with a 6.67-inch screen with NXTVISION technology of this brand and that includes the popular mid-range processor MediaTek Dimensity 6300. A chip, which has a fairly solvent performance and that relieves and exceeds the Dimensity 6100.
The rest of its specifications are quite simple and is that we only have 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage and a simple 13 MP main camera. As operating system, we find Android 15 with the TCL UI layer and with updates guaranteed by the brand to Android 16.
TCL K33 5G Specifications
This terminal of the well-known brand TCL has as its main axis a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor manufactured in 6 nm by TSMC. This chip is an Octa Core with 2 ARM Cortex-A76 processors that reach 2.4 Ghz and 6 ARM Cortex-A55 processors that reach 2.0 Ghz. The GPU is an ARM Mali-G57 MC2 that reaches 950 Mhz and with which we will have no problems when moving most games.
The RAM memory is 4 GB LPDDR4x although we can expand it virtually as usual. For storage, we have a single version with 64 GB eMMc that we can expand via micro SD slot up to 2 TB.
Display and other notable features
Its display has a 6.7-inch IPS panel with an HD resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels, 60 Hz refresh, 20:9 screen ratio and a maximum brightness that we do not know.
For selfies we have on the front a 5 MP camera that complements the 13 MP rear that is supported by an auxiliary 2 MP and an LED flash. We also have fingerprint reader integrated into the power button, 5G/4G connectivity with Dual SIM, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC and GPS 4 in 1 for precise geographic positioning anywhere.
As for connection interfaces, in this new phone we find a USB Type-C 2.0 OTG port for data and recharging and a 3.5 mm audio jack in case we want to connect wired headphones. The battery is 5010 mAh with 18 W fast charging and for audio we have a pair of speakers.
