The new TECLAST Artpad has just been unveiled—a tablet that, like all others in its lineup, highlights its 3:5 aspect ratio display, a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate, and compatibility with the T-PEN2 stylus. Interestingly, there’s a programmable button on the side that lets you launch any app or perform various actions.
This TECLAST features a 13.2-inch IPS InCell TDDI display with a resolution of 2240 x 1650 and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. It’s powered by the new 6-nm Octa-Core Unisoc T7300 processor, a lower-mid-range chip that, for reference, scores over 600,000 points on Antutu v11 and, therefore, is roughly on par with the MediaTek Helio G200 and should have no trouble running apps and games. It has 4 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB of UFS storage, expandable via microSD card up to 1 TB.
The TECLAST Artpad includes Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and a 4G modem with dual SIM support in case you want to always have data access. The cameras are almost just for show, as they feature 8 MP and 5 MP sensors. Connectivity options include a USB Type-C port and a 3.5 mm audio jack; the battery is 10,000 mAh with fast charging up to18 W; and, finally, it features two speakers.
The operating system is Android 16, and it includes Widevine L1 certification, which allows for HD-quality streaming on platforms like Netflix, Disney, etc.
