Today we found a new cheap tablet on AliExpress, the Teclast P33 that surprises us by releasing the new SoC Allwinner A333.
The Allwinner A333 is a chip of this 2025 that arrives with a curious configuration of 5 cores, one ARM Cortex-A76 and four ARM Cortex-A53 a configuration of low performance that will surely be hopefully on par with a Mediatek Helio P22. Its hardware in low-end, a 10.1″ HD display, 3 GB of RAM and only 64 GB of storage, a very basic configuration.
The operating system is Android 15 Go, a slimmed down version of Android optimized to run smoothly on devices with low-end hardware like the one on this Teclast tablet.
Teclast P33 Specifications
Inside this tablet we find an Allwinner A333 processor. This chip is a Penta Core with 1 high performance ARM Cortex-A76 processor, four ARM Cortex-A53 processors with a maximum speed of 1.8 GHz and an ARM Mali-G57 MC1 GPU. A processor with a power to move apps smoothly and games at medium or low level.
We have 3 GB of LPDDR4 RAM on the motherboard and internal storage of 64 GB eMMc 5.1 that we can expand up to 1 TB thanks to the micro SD card reader.

The touchscreen of this Teclast is a 10.1-inch IPS display with an HD resolution of 1280 × 800 pixels and a refresh rate of 60Hz. On top of the screen, we have a 2 MP camera with microphone that complements the 5 MP rear with flash.
This tablet integrates Wi-Fi 5 wireless connectivity, Bluetooth 5.4, a 6000 mAh battery with 18W charging, modem and two speakers for stereo sound. In terms of connectivity, we have a USB Type-C port for charging and data and an audio jack.
