The Teclast T60 is a new tablet that stands out for its large 12-inch screen and comes with Android 13.
In addition to its screen, this Teclast tablet is striking for its aluminium body, machined 7.8 mm thick and weighing 558 grams. The 6.5 mm bezels give the screen a frontal utilization ratio of 92% so that the final size of the tablet is quite contained
The rest of the hardware of the Teclast T60 falls within the Chinese mid-range, with an Unisoc T616 processor, 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage and a good 8000 mAh battery. A good configuration within what will be a cheap tablet with a 12-inch screen.
Teclast T60 tablet specifications
This new Teclast T60 tablet integrates as engine a UNISOC T616 processor manufactured in 12 nm. This chip is an Octa Core that includes 2 high-performance ARM Cortex-A75 processors capable of reaching 2.0 GHz, six ARM Cortex-A55 processors with a maximum speed of 1.8 GHz and an ARM Mali-G57 MP1 GPU that reaches 750 Mhz. Enough for simple games and also for demanding games in medium quality.
Soldered on the board we find 8 GB of LPDDR4 RAM and for storage we have 256 GB of eMMc memory that we can expand by the micro SD card reader up to 1 TB additional.
Display and other notable features
This tablet has a 12-inch IPS InCell TDDI touchscreen with reduced bezels, a resolution of 2000×1200 pixels, 60 Hz refresh and including light and proximity sensors. On the top frame of the screen, we have a 5 MP camera with microphone that complements the main 13 MP rear camera with integrated flash.
The Teclast T60 features Wi-Fi aC connectivity, Bluetooth 5.0, 4G-LTe modem with Dual SIM and GPS. Inside we have an 8000 mAh battery that theoretically lets us watch almost up to 9 hours of online video and has 18 W PD fast charging.
In terms of connectivity we have a single USB Type-C port for data and for sound we have four speakers with Smart K amplifier.
