It seems that Sony is taking the lead with the integration of Android TV on their Smart TVs. As an example we can see their new top tier models Sony Master Series A9F and Z9F that integrate in their structure several digital microphones that allow us to use Google Assistant directly without the need of remote control. In the following video we can see several uses of this system, it remains to be seen if we can get to turn on and give orders to the Smart TV on standby state.
Sony Master Series Z9F integrates the latest in LED technology with a wide viewing angle, features the acclaimed X1 Ultimate image processor, high quality HDR support and full compatibility with DTS and DD sound at the highest level. A model that has Android TV as a perfectly integrated operating system, offers us the entire catalog of Google Play and the streaming services of all companies such as Netflix in 4K HDR quality.
Sony Master Series A9F is the maximum quality model that integrates OLED panel, a screen technology where we will have the best possible contrast with really dark blacks, this version has all the specifications of the model with LED panel but also has a system of more advanced sound and more adjusted image control. In the two Smart TV we have Chromecast integrated and at the same time it is also compatible with Amazon Alexa. The price and date of departure are still unknown.
