We found today a new mini PC called TOPC THK990, a computer that mounts the most powerful Intel Gen13 processors.
Undoubtedly, among the variants offered, the one with the powerful Intel Core i9-13900H processor stands out, with 14 cores and 20 threads, enough to run any demanding app. We tested this processor in a review some time ago and it is a good option for those looking for raw power. A computer with a very sober design that offers customizable cooling system with two profiles, one more powerful but noisy and another quieter.
In terms of network connectivity, it stands out for including Wifi 6E and Ethernet 2.5G. With these options we will have the maximum speed in any wireless or wired network.
TOPC THK990 Specifications
This mini PC is available in several configurations, the most powerful comes with the Intel Core i9-13900H processor manufactured in 10nm and with a power consumption of 35 W TPD. This chip includes 14 cores that reach 5.40 GHz in turbo mode and 20 threads. In the graphics section we have an Intel Xe G7 iGPU with 96 EU quite efficient compared to the AMD Vega. We also have options with Intel Core i5-13500H, i7-13700H or the i9-12900H.
In the RAM section we have two SODIMM DDR4 slots with 32 GB of 3200 MHz Dual Channel RAM. For storage we include a 500GB or 1TB SSD in a PCIe 4.0×4 NVMe connector.
Connectivity and system
In the wireless connectivity section we have an M.2 card with Wifi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 installed in the M.2 slot. We also have available USB-A 3.2 Gen1 ports, USB-A 2.0 port, 3.5 mm audio jack and two network connectors one of them Ethernet 2.5G. HDMI 2.0 DP 1.4 outputs are available for connecting multiple video displays.
As OS we have Windows 11 Pro, although we can install multiple versions of Linux. For power we have an external charger that comes included.
