Today we meet the Topton D6 mini PC, a system that presents for the first time the AMD Ryzen 7 7730U processor with interesting features.
This mini PC offers us an attractive metal case made of CNC aluminum with multiple vents and air inlets on its sides and helps keep temperatures under control. This computer with the new Ryzen 7 7730U processor gives us enough power to use any demanding program and with the Radeon Graphics GPU allows us to run some games in 1080p resolution.
It should be noted in turn the possibility of RAM and storage expansion. In addition, it offers good connectivity options, where the integrated Wifi 6 adapter stands out for fast connections.
Topton D6 Specifications
In this small computer Topton D6 we have the AMD Ryzen 7 7730U processor, manufactured in TSMC 7 nm FinFET, this APU with Zen 3 cores is an Octa Core with 16 Threads that moves between 2.0 and 4.5 GHz, has a TDP of only 15 W. In the graphics section we have a Radeon Graphics GPU with eight cores, which should be RDNA1 instead of the latest more powerful RDNA2.
It is possible to buy this computer in various configurations, in the RAM we have 16/32/64 GB of RAM 3200 MHz Dual Channel installed in its 2 SODIMM slots. For storage we find an SSD M.2 NVMe 2280 256 GB to 1 TB and another M.2 2242 Pcie/SATA slot for further storage expansion.
Other features
In terms of connectivity, we find an internal M.2 card installed with Wifi 6 + Bluetooth 5.2 and a 1000MBPS Ethernet port. As connectors, we find distributed between its front and rear two USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0, 3.5mm audio jack and USB-C 3.2 and 2x HDMI 2.1 video outputs, the 3 with capacity for resolutions up to 4K@120Hz.
By default the installed operating system is Windows 11 Pro, but we can install Linux if we want. We also have a small external power supply and VESA bracket to hang it behind our monitor.
