During this last year we have seen quite a few small-format laptops, 7 inches or less, with really high prices but with quite good specifications.
The Topton L4 is a small laptop weighing only 650 grams with a 7-inch touch screen that reaches the market at a fairly low price, although that if with poor hardware in some of its key points. Despite having an aluminium body as its main element, the screen has a low-quality TN panel and a resolution of only 1024 x 600 pixels that will make using Windows 10 a nightmare. A lousy choice for one of the components key for a laptop of this size.
Regarding the rest of its hardware, comment that it is enough to move Windows and office programs with its Celeron J3455 processor and 8 GB of RAM.
Processor, RAM and storage
The small Topton L4 laptop includes an Apollo lake family processor manufactured in 14nm, the Intel Celeron J3455 Quad Core with a base frequency of 2.0 GHz that includes an Intel HD Graphics 500 GPU in terms of graphics.
We also find versions for sale with 8 GB of RAM, a 128/256/512 GB M.2 2280 SSD storage unit, 1 TB of capacity and a micro SD card reader.
Display and other features
The screen is a 7-inch touch screen with TN panel, a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels and compatible with Stylus. In the upper frame we find the usual 2MP webcam with microphone and includes Dual Band Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth 4.0.
As for connectors we have a 3.5 mm audio jack, a USB 2.0 port, a USB 3.0 and an HDMI 1.4 video output. The operating system is Windows 10, the keyboard has an English layout and mounts a 3000 mAh / 7.4 V battery with an autonomy that can reach 3-4 hours.
