Fanless mini PCs with aluminum cases continue their saga with the new Topton V7, a state-of-the-art system that can be very useful.
The first Intel Gen12 passive mini PC is now available in Intel Core i7-1255U or 1265U processor variants, as well as other versions with older processors. This computer with its metal case offers good performance thanks to the 10 nm lithography (Intel 7). In addition, the processor thanks to its integrated Intel Xe GPU of new generation we can run more games or 3D emulators than in previous versions thanks to its 96 Execution Units.

This new Intel Gen12 fanless mini PC includes the Intel Core i7-1255U processor with 10 cores between 3.5 and 4.7 GHzm in the graphics section we have a 96 EU Intel Iris Xe Graphics GPU. A new generation of Intel processors that have only 10 nm lithography (Intel 7) with a consumption that is between 12 and 55 W TPD.
The maximum RAM memory that can be mounted is 64 GB in two SO-DIMM DDR4 3200 MHz, in the storage section we have an mSATA connector and another for NVMe 2280 drive. We also have space for a 2.5″ SATA 3 disk where we can install an extra storage unit.
Other features
In this passive mini PC we also have a mini PCI-e port where we can mount a comm card with WiFi + Bluetooth with 2 connectors for external Wifi antennas included in the back of the aluminum chassis. In terms of connectivity we find in the box 4 USB 3.0 ports, 4 USB 2.0 ports, RJ-45 Gigabit network connector, a pair of 3.5 mm audio jacks and HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4 video outputs that support up to 4K@60fps HDR video resolutions.
These mini PCs support Windows 11 Pro operating system without any problem, we will have to buy an OEM license to install it. It is also compatible with Linux systems.
