Transpeed X3 another cheap box with Amlogic S905X3 SoC

Transpeed X3 is the name of another box with Android that we can include in the cheap range of this type of players. A box that although with low expectations in design and hardware has enough to use it as a media player and smartify our TV at the basic level with KODI or as a console for Android games. A Box that we recommend in any case to buy its version with 4GB of RAM to have more fluidity and with which we will not be able to play streaming on payment platforms beyond in basic video quality since it is not trained for this.

SoC, RAM and storage

The Transpeed X3 TV-Box includes the AMlogic S905X3 SoC, a 12nm Quad Core that reaches 1.9 GHz speed and integrates a Mali-G31 MP2 GPU. This SoC has four ARM Cortex-A55 CPU cores and also an NPU for iA, you can see the power of this SoC in a comparative article of the S905X3 SoC. The VPU is an Amlogic Video Engine 10 with Dolby Vision optional HDR, HDR10 +, HDR10, HLG and PRIME HDR support. This Smart Box is available in versions with 2/4 GB of DDR3 RAM and 16/32/64 / 128GB of eMMc storage memory that can be expanded from your microSD card reader.

Other specifications

The Transpeed X3 at network connectivity level has Dual Band Wifi aC, Bluetooth 4.1 and a Gigabit RJ-45 in its versions with 4GB while the 2GB includes WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and a 10/100 network connector. The connectors in the box are the usual ones of this range, a USB 2.0 port, another USB 3.0, SPDIF audio output, an HDMI 2.0a video output and an analog audio and video output jack. The operating system is Android 9.0 and a basic IR remote control is included in the basic pack although we have the option to buy it with all kinds of extra controls.

Ask to your shop, they must share with you the firmware download link.
