I have the TRIGKEY G5 and there is no video out over USB-C. What do I need to do to enable this?

It would be helpful to know what the “right cable” is. I have a USB-C cable to my existing docking station that allows 4K DisplayPort signal from my laptop, along with USB (mouse, keyboard, camera etc.) and Ethernet at the same time. BUT same cable does not show any video from Trigkey (but does carry ethernet, usb etc.). Is it that Trigkey does not output DisplayPort via USB-C? Or am I missing something?
