Today we find a new mini projector called Uhappy A11, a team from a Chinese brand that is quite active in the market and which on this occasion is striking for having Android 7.0 as OS, something not very common in most projectors that we see the sale. A model that has some interesting specifications for the price, a product that can serve us for a basic use as a media player if we are not very demanding in terms of noise and image quality.
Projector and specifications
The Uhappy A11 projector is a classic model with LED LCD technology with native resolution HD 1280 x 800 with a brightness of 2000 Lumens, contrast 2000:1, 1.2: 1 format, projection distance from 1 to 4 meters and screen size between 34 and 130 inches. In the upper part we have the manual controls and the thread for the focal length, the trapezoidal correction is automatic. Inside we have an internal speaker, a fan that theoretically reaches only 28 dBA and two receivers for the IR control included.
Android, connectivity and other features
In the multimedia aspect we have Android 7.1 system moved by a SoC that could be an Amlogic S905X, has only 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage which limits it to a basic use of YouTube, simple apps or multimedia playback. Regarding wireless connectivity, we only have dual-band Wi-Fi with internal antenna and Bluetooth 4.0. As for connectors we have AV, HDMI and VGA video inputs, audio jack, TV connector that will surely be analog and useless, SD card reader and power port. It includes an IR remote control, HDMI cable and AV cable.
