The new Vivo S60t is now available in China; it is similar in some respects—such as its cameras—to the compact Vivo S50 Pro mini, which was released recently.
This new Vivo features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, a scaled-down version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, but it still delivers solid overall performance and scores around 1,800,000 points on Antutu v11.
This new Vivo features an elegant body made of CNC-machined aluminum with IP69 certification, measuring a fairly compact 157.52 x 74.33 x 7.49 mm and weighing 196 grams. Finally, the operating system is Android 16 with the OriginOS 6 skin.
ViVo S60t Specifications
This new device features the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Octa-Core SoC, manufactured on a 4nm process. This chip reaches up to 3.4 GHz on its ARM Cortex-X1 core, has three additional ARM Cortex-A720 cores running at lower speeds, and four low-power ARM Cortex-A520 CPUs. On the graphics side, it features an Adreno 735 GPU with support for OpenGL 3.2 and Vulkan 1.1.
RAM options include 12/16GB of LPDDR5X, though it can be expanded virtually, as is customary. For storage, there is 512 GB of high-speed UFS 3.1, and this time there is no microSD card slot.
Display and other features
The display is a 6.59-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2750 x 1260 pixels, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and HDR10 support. For selfies, there’s a 50 MP front-facing camera, while the rear features a 50 MP Sony OIS main sensor, a 50 MP Sony x6 OIS telephoto lens, and an 8 MP wide-angle lens. It also features an under-display fingerprint reader, an infrared sensor, 5G connectivity with dual SIM, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and GPS, among other features.
As for connectivity ports, this new phone features a USB-C port for data transfer and charging. The battery is a 6500 mAh unit with 90W fast charging, and for audio, it has two symmetrical speakers.
Availability and price
