VIVO is one of the most active brands at the beginning of the year and as a result of this it has just presented the new VIVO Y39 5G, a mid-range terminal with 5G connectivity that stands out for its large 6500 mAh battery.
This in this terminal jumps to the view its large 6.88-inch screen with a refresh that reaches 120 Hz, an interesting aspect. It highlights its body with IP64 resistance that will increase its durability with a structure with military grade resistance certificates.
The SoC chosen for this terminal is an Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 that being manufactured in 4 nm has a high energy efficiency. Finally, the operating system is Android 15 with the layer of this brand, Funtouch OS 15 that includes many tools supported by iA.
VIVO Y39 5G Specifications
The SoC of this new VIVO is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 (SM4450), an Octa Core manufactured in 4nm by Samsung. Inside we have two clusters, the more powerful one with 2 ARM Cortex-A78 processors that reach 2.2 Ghz and the more efficient one with 6 ARM Cortex-A55 processors that reach 1.95 Ghz. The GPU is an Adreno 613 that reaches 955 MHz.
The RAM memory is 8 GB LPDDR4X, although we can expand it virtually as usual. For storage, we have versions with 256 GB UFS 3.1 that we can expand via micro SD slot up to 1 TB.
Display and other features
Its display is a 6.88-inch IPS with an HD resolution of 1608 x 720 pixels, 120 Hz refresh, maximum brightness of 1000 Nits, which includes light and proximity sensors and is protected by SCHOTT glass.
For selfies we have on the front an 8 MP camera that complements the 50 MP rear that is aided by a secondary 2 MP depth camera. We also have a fingerprint reader on one side, 5G connectivity with Dual SIM, Dual Band Wi-Fi aC, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC and GPS 5 in 1 for precise positioning anywhere
In terms of ports, in this new phone we find a 3.5 mm audio jack and a USB Type-C 2.0 OTG port for data and recharging. The battery is 6500 mAh with 44 W fast charging and for audio we have two Hi-Res certified speakers.
Price and where to buy
- The new VIVO Y39 at the moment can only be purchased in the east for about $220 at the exchange rate, although it is expected to soon make the jump to the rest of areas and AliExpress.
