X95Pro, a low-cost retro console reportedly powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1

Today on AliExpress, we came across a new, inexpensive console called the X95Pro, but this time it surprises us with its use of a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor—which is significantly more powerful than what we usually see and, let’s face it, quite suspicious given its price. Something doesn’t add up, and it’s likely running a much lower-end processor.X95 Pro Snapdragon

The processor is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 that scores around 840,000 points on AnTuTu v11. It includes an Adreno 644 iGPU and is manufactured on a 4 nm process. It has 1 GB of DDR4 RAM, and for storage, there’s a microSD slot with a 64 GB microSD card packed with thousands of games.

Its display is a 3.5-inch non-touch IPS OCA screen with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels.

The built-in battery has a decent capacity of 3,000 mAh, capable of lasting up to 8 hours, and can be recharged via its USB Type-C port, which is accompanied by a 3.5 audio jack. It also appears to include Wi-Fi connectivity and possibly Bluetooth, in addition to 4 triggers, a D-pad, and 2 gamepads.

Finally, the operating system is Android 9.0, which comes with a graphical interface that allows you to launch a wide variety of retro emulators, as well as use the Google Play Store.
