Redmi a Xiaomi sub-brand has just presented its first foray into the world of routers with a really interesting model, the Xiaomi Redmi AC2100. A router that highlights its 6 external antennas and has a somewhat different design compared to Xiaomi routers with perforations for ventilation throughout its body. The Redmi AC2100 promises us excellent WiFi coverage with great speed, reaches up to 2033 Mbps and great stability even with up to 128 connected devices and devices compatible with Mi Home.
The Xiaomi Redmi AC2100 includes a Mediatek MT7621A Dual Core processor capable of reaching 880Mhz with 128MB of RAM and 128MB NAND internal memory. The Wifi chip has the protocols IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, IEEE 802.3/3u/3ab and reaches up to 2,033 Mbps.
At the level of connectivity we have 4 Gigabit LAN ports and 1 Gigabit WAN port, as we see it is a well-equipped device. The router is configured and updated with the Xiaomi MiWiFi app that is available for Android and iOS platforms and includes NetEase UU game accelerator.
