A router that already incorporates the Wi-Fi 7 standard that provides more performance, bandwidth, and efficiency compared to Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 6E. Its design includes 4 flat Wi-Fi antennas and is made to be placed only vertically. Also, noteworthy in its configuration is the presence of a 2.5G network port and its ability to create Wi-Fi MESH networks with other Xiaomi devices.
The Xiaomi Router BE3600 2.5G is capable of managing up to 128 simultaneous devices, has a maximum combined speed that reaches 3570 MBPS and includes support for dual WAN. An interesting router that will soon be lowering its price to $40.

The Xiaomi Router BE3600 includes as its backbone a Quad Core Qualcomm Immersive Home 326 Platform SoC, with ARM Cortex-A53 processors reaching a speed of 1.1 Ghz with 256 MB of memory. The heat dissipation produced by this router is passive, so there are no annoying fans.
The chip that manages the Wifi 7 has 802.11be, 802.11ax, 802.11ac, 802.11n, 802.11g, 802.11b and 802.11a protocols. This router also supports 4K QAM, OFDMA, MLO, BSS Coloring, IPv6 protocol and WPA3 encryption. The 2.4Ghz band has a 2×2 antenna and reaches a maximum speed of 688Mbps and while the 5Ghz band also has other independent 2×2 antennas that reach up to 2882Mbps.
In the Xiaomi Router BE3600 we have a 2.5G port and three Gigabit LAN for the connection bridge with our router and distribution. As operating system, we have one based on OpenWRT with the usual MiWiFi layer, which we can manage and monitor through a Xiaomi app or via web.
