Xiaomi has launched on its Youpin store the new Starcore Super AI mini PC, intended for AI work and mounting the powerful AMD Ryzen AI Max 395 processor.
This new machine offers us the powerful AMD Ryzen AI Max 395 APU with 16 cores and 32 threads that reaches up to 5.1 GHz and with a core for AI with 50 TOPS of power. As a graphics engine we have the Radeon 8060S GPU with 40 cores that works up to 2.9 GHz, with RDNA 3.5 architecture, will provide high performance. A small computer that undoubtedly stands out for its box, with dimensions of only 247.5 x 188.4 x 96.5 mm and a weight of 2 kg, perfect for placing it in any corner of our desk.
On the motherboard of this computer we have no less than 128 GB of RAM that allows us to run apps with a large data load and enjoy demanding games at a good level.

Inside this original box we find the AMD Ryzen AI Max 395 processor which is manufactured in TSMC FinFET 4 nm process. This is a Zen 5 chip with 16 cores and 32 threads that reaches a speed of up to 5.1 GHz. As a GPU graphics solution it includes a powerful 40-core Radeon 8060S iGPU that reaches a speed of 2.9 GHz, it is supposed to reach almost the performance of an RTX 4070 in certain scenarios.
This processor includes a small AI core of 50 TOPS for artificial intelligence tasks (126 TOPS adding CPU). If we buy it, we get a NOVA AI Studio license for life to generate images and video. A processor with which we can move any demanding design app and play demanding titles.
As for the RAM we have it soldered and is 128 GB LPDDR5 at 8000 MHz, this brings speed to the integrated GPU. For storage we have two slots for SSD M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 4.0×4, which allow us to add up to 8 TB of storage.

Connectivity and other features
In the wireless connectivity section we have an adapter with Wifi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. On the front of the box we find 3.5 mm audio jack, a USB4, SD slot, two USB-A 3.2 and a small button for turbo mode. On the back we can use another USB4 port to connect an external GPU, two USB-A 2.0, another USB-A 3.2, power connector, audio jack and a 2.5 GB Ethernet port. As video outputs we can use the HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 2.1 ports with 8K@60 HDR support. In total we have the possibility to connect up to 4 simultaneous displays adding the USB4 ports.
As a system we have Windows 11 Pro installed, but if we want we can install a Linux distribution, as it is compatible. A design that is intended to be placed vertically on our desk.
