Today we present the new Z85 from AZW mini PC model that comes to replace the already classic Z83 II, a small passive Windows 10 computer that features the immortal Intel Atom x5-Z8350 Quad Core SoC. A miniPC that has a limited power but a low price and can work perfectly in environments of low demand or in industrial environments where a computer with these characteristics is necessary.
Processor, RAM and storage
The Z85 miniPC includes the Intel Core x5-Z8350 Quad-Core SoC with an integrated Intel HD 400 GPU that features passive dissipation. We also found 2GB of non-expandable RAM, 32 / 64GB of eMMc storage memory. As we see we have a new version with 64GB that seems quite interesting because with 32GB we will be limited when updating the system as this model does not have expansion capacity in internal storage.
Other features
At the connectivity level we have Wifi Dual Band aC with internal antenna and Bluetooth 4.0. In terms of ports we find an SD card reader, a USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0, HDMI 1.4, 3.5 mm audio jack and a 10/100/1000 network connector.
The operating system is Windows 10 with license and supports Ubuntu 16.04, a VESA adapter is included to be able to anchor it behind any TV or monitor that has this standard. This model has improved the system of ventilation slots on the sides, in addition a button has been added to reset the BIOS to restore the default data.
