The new Lenovo Legion Tab GEN 5 tablet has just been unveiled. It has an 8.8-inch screen and can run any game we install on it without the slightest problem.
This special gaming tablet is powered by the high-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, which, being manufactured in 3 nm, will provide us with high energy efficiency and ample power when we need it and is cooled by a vapor chamber system. The screen has a high resolution of 3K, a refresh rate of 165 Hz, and for maximum speed, we have LPDDR5T 10,667 Mbps RAM and UFS 4.1 PRO storage.
The operating system is Android 16 with various tools to accelerate games concentrated in Legion Space and the Lenovo AI Engine suite. Finally, it measures 128.5 mm × 206.46 mm × 7.79 mm and weighs 360 grams.

The 3nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Octa Core processor is responsible for powering this Lenovo device. Inside this chip, we find a configuration of two clusters, the fastest with two Prime Cores reaching 4.6 GHz and a second with six Performance Cores reaching 3.6 GHz. The GPU is an Adreno 840 that reaches 1200 MHz.
This tablet has versions with 12/16 GB of LPDDR5T 10667 Mbps RAM and options with 256/512 GB of high-speed UFS 4.1 PRO storage memory.
Screen and other features
The Lenovo Legion Tab GEN 5 features an 8.8-inch IPS display with a resolution of 3040 x 1904 pixels, a 16:10 aspect ratio, 800 nits brightness, and a refresh rate of up to 165 Hz.
The front camera is 8 MP and on the back we have a 50 MP camera with a small LED flash. In terms of audio, we have two Dolby Atmos-compatible speakers and two microphones. There are also two USB-C ports, one of which has DisplayPort video output, a microSD card reader, Wi-Fi 7 wireless connectivity, and Bluetooth 6.0. Finally, the battery is 9000 mAh and has 68 W fast charging.
