Introducing the new Acemagic N3A compact mini PC NAS, a machine with a sleek, sophisticated design and large storage capacity.
This product joins the trend of mini PC + NAS with unique features. This machine can accommodate three 3.5″ drives and two NVMe 2280 drives in the interior. In addition, there are two 2.5G 1G Ethernet ports for setting up a private home network. Interestingly, the engine is the AMD Ryzen 7 3750H Octa Core processor, a fairly old but certainly powerful solution.
The case has a fairly conventional design, with a cover on the front that gives access to the HDD drives. The mini PC’s hardware board is located in the lower section, and the ports are at the rear.
Main specifications of the Acemagic N3A
This new Acemagic N3A integrates the AMD Ryzen 7 3750H processor manufactured in 12nm with Zen cores , a product from 2019. This chip is a Quad Core with eight threads that reach a maximum speed of 4 GHz and includes a powerful integrated Radeon Vega 10 GPU. Power consumption is 35W TDP, which is ancient hardware, but it gives us enough power to handle all the usual multimedia content.
For RAM, we have two SODIMM DDR4 2400 MHz, with support for up to 64 GB. For storage, we have four 3.5″ drives and two NVME PCIe 3.0 disk slots, giving us a total capacity of up to 40 TB combined.
Storage and available ports
It will include a BT Wi-Fi connection (still to be defined), as well as two 2.5G 1G Ethernet ports for use as a high-speed router. As for operating systems, we can always use Linux, OpenWRT, iKuai, LEDE or even Windows 11 if we want to use it with more conventional desktop apps.
A computer that, in addition to NAS, can also be used to play multimedia, IPTV, KODI add-ons, SAMBA server, or run emulators up to a certain level of performance. The dimensions are 270 × 150 × 185 mm.
