The Acer Iconia Tab M10 is a new tablet from this well-known brand that has just arrived on the market and that receives an interesting price reduction in its 128 GB version.
Inside we find an Octa Core MediaTek Kompanio 500 processor as an engine, the new nomenclature of the Mediatek MT8183, an old acquaintance with quite decent performance. Without a doubt, its body stands out, made of a thin and light aluminium alloy, with a thickness of only 8.6 mm and a weight that remains at only 430 grams.
The operating system is Android 12 that includes the Google Kids Space and Google Entertainment Space services, something you will not find on Chinese tablets. Curiously, if we pay attention to the Amazon description, it would also include a cover, an interesting addition for its price.
Acer Iconia Tab M10 Specifications
The new Acer Iconia Tab M10 tablet offers us as its central core the SoC Octa Core MediaTek Kompanio 500 (MT8183) manufactured in 12 nm. A Chip that mounts inside 4 high-performance ARM Cortex-A73 processors up to 2 GHz, 4 ARM Cortex-A53 for basic tasks. In the graphic section, we have the Mali-G72 MP3 GPU that reaches up to 700 MHz speed, enough to move demanding apps and games with high 3D load.
In the RAM memory section we have 4 GB LPDDR4 and for storage versions with 64/128 GB UFS 2.1. We can expand its internal storage by the included micro SD card reader up to 1 TB.
Display and other features
As we can see, the screen of the Acer Iconia Tab M10 has a size of 10.1 inches IPS with a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels, a 16:10 ratio, quite small frames and an ambient light sensor. On the screen we find in the upper area a 5 MP camera with a microphone that complements the rear of also 8 MP with flash and autofocus. We also have Wi-Fi aC connectivity, Bluetooth 5.0 and triple GPS to position ourselves precisely anywhere.
In terms of connectivity, we find on one side a USB Type-C port for data, recharging and also a 3.5 mm audio jack. We have two speakers and a 6000 mAh battery that theoretically allows us to watch up to 10.5 hours of movies with brightness at medium level.
