The new AGM PAD T2 has just been presented, a tablet that offers the classic rugged design of this brand with fairly standard specifications.
A tablet somewhat superior to the AGM PAD T1 recently presented, which offers a 10.95″ screen with a light output of 500 nits, something that allows better use outdoors. As engine integrates the Mediatek Helio G91 SoC that we have not seen in many products since its release. Installed we find the Android 14 operating system, this will extend its life and allows us to use any app without compatibility problems. It also stands out for the set of cameras that mounts, as they are somewhat better than those found in a tablet of this price.
A tablet that has DRM Widevine L1 certificates, with this we can watch Netflix streaming content in HD quality without compatibility complications.
AGM PAD T2 specifications
This tablet is powered by a MediaTek Helio G91 SoC, an Octa Core manufactured in 12 nm very similar to the previous G88. A chip with 2 ARM Cortex-A75 processors that reach 2.0 Ghz and six new Cortex-A55 processors that reach up to 1.8 GHz. In the graphics section we have integrated GPU Mali-G52 MC2 that allows us to play demanding titles but without putting them in high quality.
The RAM memory that we have soldered on board is 4 GB that we can expand up to 8 GB with virtual memory, this allows us to load multiple apps or navigation tabs. For storage we have 256 GB eMMC 5.1 expandable by micro SD card up to 512 GB.
Display and other features
The screen of the AGM PAD T2 is a 10.95″ IPS, which reaches a resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels and has a screen refresh rate of 60 Hz. In the photographic section we have a front camera of 8 MP, in the rear area a set with a main 13 MP and another 2 MP macro with LED Flash.
It has side fingerprint reader, Wifi aC, Bluetooth 5.0, quad GPS and a 4G-LTe modem for connectivity at all times. For connectivity we find a single USB Type-C port and the battery is 8000 mAh with 18 W fast charge that can give us an autonomy of up to 2 days.
In this tablet we have two BOX speakers to have an audio in stereo quality. It measures 256.75 x 168.3 x 7.45 mm and has a total weight of 502 g.
