Alfawise A9 Plus with RK3318 SoC, 4GB of RAM and Android 9.0

The tsunami of new Boxes equipped with the latest SoC of Rockchip RK3318 continues, which at least seems to be settling well among the Chinese assemblers. Today, the Alfawise A9 Plus a relatively complete box with 4GB of RAM but at a price very similar to the Boxes with S905X2 SoC, a more modern and powerful chip with which the RK3318 can not compete at the level of performance. SoC, RAM and storage

The Alfawise A9 Plus Box counts as the engine with the new Rockchip RK3318 SoC that integrates four ARM Cortex-A53 processors capable of reaching 1.5Ghz and a Mali-450mp5 GPU that includes native decoding of H.265 and VP9 video even in resolutions 4K @ 60fps with support for HDR. It has versions with 4 GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 32 GB of eMMc storage memory that we can expand by adding a memory card in the included microSD card reader.

Other specifications

At the level of wireless connections this TV-Box has WiFi b/g/n with internal antenna and Bluetooth 4.1 (Chip RTL8723CS). On the sides of the box we have a USB 3.0 port, another USB 2.0, 10/100 network connector, analog AV jack, and an HDMI 2.1 port that allows up to 4K @ 60fps video resolutions. It includes the classic IR remote control and an HDMI cable.

Hi, I have a problem with the box. It stuck on android boot logo. I tried to reset by button but won’t work, can you tell me if there is another way to unbrick?

Install a firmware using a PC.
If we don’t have published (use our search) then we don’t have it 🙁
Ask to your shop, they must share with you the firmware download link.

I can’t find the firmware anywhere, it looks like this TV box is unknown. I wrote to the seller hoping for a positive response. If he sends me the original firmware I’ll put it here on the page
