Today we find a new version of the iPlay20 tablet, specifically the Alldocube iPlay 20S, which has a more conventional design and specifications almost identical to its predecessor.
This new 10.1-inch tablet stands out in its configuration for including no less than 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of expandable storage thanks to its micro SD slot. The screen has the same FullHD+ resolution and integrates the Octa Core Unisoc SC9863A chip that we analyzed in the review of the Teclast P80X. As operating system we have Android 10 and a 4G-LTE modem is included in case we want to be connected anywhere and at all times.
SoC, RAM and storage
This Alldocube iPlay 20S tablet as we say is powered by its SoC Unisoc SC9863A, an Octa Core with 4 ARM Cortex-A55 processors with low power consumption capable of reaching 1.8 GHz maximum speed, 4 others that reach up to 1.2 Ghz and a PowerVR IMG8322 GPU. We also have integrated 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage memory that we can expand thanks to the included micro SD card reader up to 128 GB.
Display and other specifications
The screen of the Alldocube iPlay 20S has a 10.1-inch IPS panel with FullHD+ resolution of 1920×1200 pixels, automatic brightness sensor and that includes on top a 2 MP webcam with microphone that complements the 5 MP rear. We also have Wifi ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS + Beidou, FM Radio and a 6000 mAh battery and a 4G-LTE Multiband modem with Dual SIM tray. Curiously it has no gyroscope something that affects some games.
This tablet measures 242x168x8.7 mm, a total weight of 450 g and inside the body we have a pair of integrated speakers BOX type. Finally, in the connectivity section we have a 3.5 mm audio jack and a USB Type-C OTG port for data and battery charging. It looks like it comes standard with low latency Bluetooth headphones, but we’ll have to see when it actually arrives in stores.
