It has just been presented in China the new tablet Alldocube iPlay 30, a product that includes the SoC Mediatek Helio P60 that we normally see in the mid range of Smartphones. This processor has given good results in Smartphones and has been seen little in tablets where we only know it in the Chuwi Hipad X.
This 10.5-inch screen tablet has a FullHD+ resolution, as operating system we have Android 10 and a 4G-LTE modem is included in case we want to be connected constantly. The rest of the specifications are enough to be able to make a correct use in terms of multimedia and with all kinds of apps.
SoC, RAM and storage
This version of Alldocube iPlay 30 tablet includes the Helio P60 Octa Core SoC from Mediatek, a 12 nm FinFET with a cluster with four cores ARM Cortex-A73 capable of reaching 2 GHz, another cluster with four cores ARM Cortex-A53 at 2 GHz a Mali-G72 MP3 ARM GPU up to 800 MHz and with an advanced NPU for AI. We also have on board 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage memory expandable via the micro SD card reader. A configuration with which we will not have problems to move any APP or game no matter how demanding it is.
Display and other specifications
The screen of the Alldocube iPlay 30 has a 10.5-inch IPS panel with FullHD+ resolution of 1920×1200 pixels, automatic brightness sensor and includes on its top a 5 MP webcam with microphone that complements the 8 MP back. We also have Wifi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS-A / GPS / GLONASS / Beidou, FM Radio and a 7000 mAh battery and a 4G-LTE Multiband modem with Dual SIM tray.
Finally, in the connectivity section we have a 3.5 mm audio jack and a USB Type-C OTG port for data and battery recharging. This tablet measures 258x159x8.2 mm, a total weight of 510 g and inside the body we have a pair of integrated speakers.
Price and availability
- The tablet Alldocube iPlay 30 is not yet available but soon we will have it in your official Aliexpress.com store at a price that will be around $120 (€100) if we have other similar models as reference.
The Bluetooth 4.2 on the iPlay 30 is a downgrade from the 5.0 BT on the iPlay 20. And also no mention of the Corning Gorilla Glass which was present in the iPlay 20.

It’s going to sell a lot, hope they launch on Ali Express with short lived but solid rebate to drive initial sales volumes. It looks set to launch at a higher price than 120$ however. Only downside is the lack of quadriphonic Dolby, hope the duals are decent sounding!
