This is the main and only novelty that we find in this cheap range Box, since the hardware that accompanies it falls within the usual. The Allwinner H618 SoC in the M98-8K PLUS is a small evolution of the Allwinner H616, which has support for HDR10 high dynamic range video technology. A box that can function as a multimedia center up to 4K UHD resolutions without problems or to install and use apps of all kinds, including emulators and games without too many graphic needs.
As always in this type of cheap box range better forget about upgrades and remember that they are not suitable for watching video at maximum quality in the apps of paid streaming platforms.
