This computer comes already configured with the Manjado Linux OS in collaboration with Beelink, an interesting option to collaborate with these developers indirectly. This order that we saw recently in one of our REVIEWS has a powerful APU Ryzen 7 4800U, a processor suitable for desktop use, work with design apps and even with some demanding 3D game. In addition, we can easily expand it its DDR4 3200 MHz RAM and M.2 NVMe SSD, it also allows to mount an extra 2.5″ SATA 3 storage unit.
Beelink SER4 4800U X specifications
The new Beelink SER4 4800U X mini PC includes the powerful low power chip Ryzen 7 4800U, an Octa Core Zen 2 manufactured in 7nm with 16 threads, maximum speed of 4.2 Ghz, base frequency of 1.8 Ghz with a maximum consumption of only 15 W TPD. In the graphics section we have a Radeon Vega 8 GPU that allows you to play many demanding titles up to 1080p resolution.
As for the RAM we have different combinations, we have 16/32 GB DDR4 3200 MHz and a M.2 2280 NVMe Pcie x4 SSD with 500 GB options, all these components are Kingston. Inside this small box we can also mount another 2.5″ SATA 3 internal storage drive.
In the wireless connectivity section we have a Wifi 6E adapter and Bluetooth 5.0 that guarantees us a good speed in this aspect. On the front of the case we have 2 USB 2.0 ports, a USB 3.1 Type-C port that even have the ability to output video, a 3.5mm audio jack and a BIOS reset button. On the back we have a RJ45 Gigabit network connector and USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports. We also have two HDMI 2.0 video outputs with 4K@60 HDR support which gives us the ability to connect up to 3 simultaneous displays.
As a system we have Windows 11 and is compatible with Linux. VESA support is included to hang it behind our monitor, so we can leave this PC hidden without taking up space on our table.
