Getting started
Configuration
We connected the Bimawen OLED 13.3″ testing its USB-C and HDMI 1.4 ports, as we have been able to verify the system detects perfectly at 1080p resolution and 60 Hz. The system also detects HDR options well, but the results are not very spectacular with a brightness of only 400 cd/m2.

On-screen menus
This monitor allows us to operate it with the control wheel and the back button on the side, in its OSD system we have information of the active connections, image quality control and output port. In addition, we have Adaptive Sync system activation, HDR system and Gaming mode.
- Direct control: Down, volume control. Up, brightness control. Button, output selection.

Performance tests
Panel and Sound
The Bimawen OLED 13.3″ monitor offers us a very good image quality, we have vivid colors and excellent contrast thanks to its OLED panel. The color quality 100% DCI-P3 100% sRGB gives us a defined image, the refresh rate up to 60 Hz and 1 ms response is perfect for Gaming. We do not notice light leaks or non-homogeneous lighting defects.
- Panel: OLED / FullHD / 1920 x 1080.
- Refresh rate: Max. 60 Hz / 1ms.
- Speakers: 2x 1 W rear.

We have limitation in the quality of HDR, something logical having a power of 400 cd / m² with 8 bits HRC. We have good viewing angles thanks to the OLED panel that mounts this system. The sound system is quite good, the power is not high, but the sound is good for a monitor like this.
- Results: In general we recommend leaving the HDR mode if we have it available.

This monitor is compatible with the Adaptive Sync system, which gives us a good image quality without horizontal cuts(tearing). In order to activate this system you must have compatible hardware, otherwise the control panel will show that it is not compatible.

Conclusions and purchase links
Bimawen OLED 13.3″ monitor review
The Bimawen OLED 13.3″ monitor has given us good results for the price. Thanks to its OLED panel we have a screen with good angles, excellent contrast, 1 ms response and 100% DCI-P3 100% sRGB color gamut. It falls short logically in HDR power, something normal for its price and consumption, although the 400 cd/m2 are sufficient in an environment without much direct light.
We have full USB-C connectivity, with a single cable it is possible to use it with our laptop if it is compatible. We have also been positively surprised by its speakers, with a quite defined audio and with enough power for a room. This monitor also includes extra features such as Adaptive Sync to avoid tearing in games, an interesting extra.
After testing it we can say that the Bimawen OLED 13.3″ is a good OLED monitor with good image quality. A suitable screen for secondary use if we have a tight budget.
