Blackview seems to be serious about tablets this year, and we already have the Blackview Tab 10 Pro in stores, an evolved version of the original Blackview Tab 10.
The changes in the Blackview Tab 10 Pro are multiple, the SoC is replaced by a MediaTek MT8788V, very similar to the previous one, its RAM memory is doubled to 8 GB and its storage memory to 128 GB. It also adds 30 W fast charging, little seen so far in tablets in this category, and better audio.
As OS we have Android 11 with the Doke OS_P 2.0 layer with functionalities such as multitasking with two applications or reading mode. A great improvement is the inclusion, as in other tablets of this brand, of the WideVine L1 certificate with which we can view Netflix, Disney + and other streaming services in 1080p quality or higher, something unusual in these tablets.
SoC, RAM and storage
The Blackview Tab 10 Pro tablet includes a Mediatek Helio MT8788V SoC, an Octa Core manufactured in 12nm with ARM Cortex-A53 processors capable of reaching 2.0 Ghz while the GPU is a PowerVR GE8320 capable of reaching a maximum speed of 650 Mhz.
The RAM memory of this version is 8 GB LPDDR4X and the storage memory is 128 GB, expandable via micro SD card with one of up to 128 GB. A decent configuration that will allow moving Android smoothly and apps except with some last generation 3D games.
Display and other specifications
The screen of the Blackview Tab 10 PRO tablet is a 10.1 inch with a resolution of 1900 × 1200 pixels that has an 8 MP Sony camera with microphone complemented by the 13MP Sony rear that includes an LED flash. We also have Wi-Fi connectivity aC, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, 4G-Lte modem and a 6580 mAh battery with 30W fast charge. Regarding connectors, we have a USB Type-C port and a 3.5 mm audio jack in addition to the two SIM slots shared with the memory card reader.
Inside we find two BOX speakers and its aluminium body has a thickness of 8.8 mm and a total weight of 588 grams.
