Presented a new convertible under the name of Chuwi FreeBook. A device with an elegant design that has a 13.5-inch screen, metal body and a weight of only 1.36 kg for easy transport.
A convertible that has the new low power Intel Celeron N5100 processor manufactured in 10 nm, undoubtedly an interesting hardware to maintain our battery life for longer. This convertible has a hinge mechanism with 360º mobility that can become a tablet or adopt multiple working positions. An interesting convertible alternative if we are looking for mobility, with hardware compatible with Windows 11 and the most common programs.
Chuwi FreeBook specifications
The new Chuwi FreeBook includes an Intel Celeron N5100 processor, a chip with four x86 cores capable of reaching 2.40 GHz in turbo mode. It includes an Intel UHD Graphics 600 GPU with 12EU with support for 4K@60fps video.
This convertible has on board 8 GB of LPDDR4 RAM, a 256 GB M.2 SSD that we can expand by adding another one of higher capacity easily in another extra M.2 slot and a micro SD card reader.
The Chuwi FreeBook‘s display is a 13.5-inch narrow bezel IPS touchscreen with 2256 x 1504 100% sRGB 2K resolution that features 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity for using a stylus. We also have dual-band WiFi aC connectivity, Bluetooth 5.0 and a 38Wh (7.6V/5000mAh) battery with fast charging that would last about 7 hours.
In terms of connectors we have three USB Type-C ports with fast charging functions and video output. We also have a 3.5 mm audio jack. The operating system installed on Windows 10, which is compatible with Windows 11. We have a fairly wide trackpad, keys with good separation.
