The CHUWI brand has introduced its new tablet CHUWI HiPad Max that offers a very interesting hardware and also has DRM certificates to watch quality streaming.
The CHUWI HiPad Max tablet has a very attractive design with metal casing. Inside this tablet we find the interesting Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC (SM6225), an Octa Core manufactured in 6 nm TSMC that will give us a very good performance. As operating system we find Android 12 with DRM Widevine L1 certificates that ensure us to be able to play Netflix or Disney+ content in HD quality. In addition, we have a pretty good screen and a total amount of 8 GB of RAM which is not bad at all. A tablet that reminds us of the recent Lenovo XiaoXin Pad 2022, quite a bit cheaper right now.
CHUWI HiPad Max Specifications
The new CHUWI HiPad Max is powered by an Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC manufactured in 6 nm by TSMC. It has a fast quad-core cluster with up to 2.4 GHz Kryo 265 Gold and a power-saving cluster with up to 1.8 GHz Kryo 265 Silver. In addition, this SoC integrates a mid-range Adreno 610 GPU, which allows playing any current game.
This tablet includes 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB of high-speed UFS storage memory expandable via micro SD card slot that we have on the side.
Display and other features
This tablet features a 10.36-inch IPS OGS display with 2000×1200 resolution with 84% screen area, 400 nits of power and fairly narrow bezels. The front camera is 5 MP, the rear camera is 8 MP with AF and in the audio section we have 4 speakers to have a powerful sound.
We have a USB Type-C 2.0 port for charging and data transfer, in the lower area we have a magnetic connector for keyboard. We also have Wifi aC connectivity, Bluetooth 5.0 and GPS for location. The battery is 7000 mAh with fast charging.
