Chuwi shows its new products at CES 218, tablets and a powerful mini PC

Within the framework of the CES 2018, the Chuwi brand has presented what will be its products for this year. First we have a new tablet called Chuwi Hi9 Pro which is a version of the newly released Chuwi Hi9, we also find a powerful mini PC called Chuwi GBox Pro and finally a new tablet is presented 2 in 1 that receives the name of Chuwi SurBook Pro that mounts a new Intel Gemini Lake processor.

The new Chuwi Hi9 Pro is basically a new version of the current Chuwi Hi9 where we went from an 8.4″ to a 10.8″ screen with a 3:2 IPS FullHD format and took a jump the powerful SoC Mediatek MT8176 . It has 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage, Wifi ac, Bluetooth 4.0, to which at the camera level we have a 5MP front and a rear 8MP. Surprisingly the operating system in this model seems to be Android 8.0 something that we have not seen yet in Mediatek.

  • The Chuwi Hi9 Pro model is now available for booking at the store for now at a price of $341

We also have data from a new miniPC called Chuwi GBox Pro that looks like the brother of the missing Chuwi HiBox Pro, in this case according to the comments of the brand we have a much more powerful model as it would allegedly mount a new Intel Core i5-8305G Kaby processor Lake-G with integrated GPU AMD Radeon RX Vega M GL that integrates HBM2 memory. A product that we will see when it reaches the market if we ever see it.

This model has a large 12″ IPS screen with 3:2 format and 2160×1440 resolution, has 4 GB of RAM, a figure that seems somewhat low and 64 GB of expandable storage to 256 GB perhaps by means of M.2 disk, we have front camera of 2 MP and rear of 5 MP.
