Today we find in online stores the new CHUWI SurPad tablet, a device that stands out for its aluminum body that gives it a premium appearance and also has a thickness of only 9.2 mm.
The CHUWI SurPad is a new tablet that integrates the SoC Octa Core Helio P60, has Wifi aC connectivity and surprises us with the integration of UFS storage memory, up to three times faster than the classic eMMC. It also has an IPS OGS screen with FHD resolution that will give us good image quality and the operating system installed is Android 10.
SoC, RAM and storage
The CHUWI SurPad tablet includes the SoC Octa Core Helio P60 (MT6771V) from Mediatek, manufactured in 12 nm FinFET, with a cluster with four ARM Cortex-A73 CPUs capable of reaching 2 GHz, another cluster with four ARM Cortex-A53 CPUs at 2 GHz, an ARM Mali-G72 MP3 GPU up to 800 MHz and with an advanced NPU for AI.
We also have on board 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB UFS storage memory expandable via micro SD card reader. A configuration with which we will have no problems to move any APP or game no matter how demanding it is.
Screen and other features
The installed screen is a 10.1-inch IPS OGS with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels that includes an 8 MP front camera on top while on the back we find an 8 MP camera. It also includes on board an 8000 mAh battery, Dual Band WiFi aC, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and integrates a modem with support for 2G/3G/4G Cat.6 networks with DUAL SIM.
In terms of connectivity we have a 3.5 mm audio jack, a USB Type-C port for data and power and a dedicated charging jack. Optionally we can buy a magnetic keyboard and a stylus for its touchscreen.
