Unboxing and first contact
This new ELEGOO Mercury Plus V3.0 washing and curing pack offers us the motorized stand system, the box with UV protection, washing tank up to 7.5 liters, washing rack, supports, creation plate, DC adapter and methacrylate rotating base.
Assembly, adjustment and connection
On the side of the base of the ELEGOO Mercury Plus V3.0 we have a round DC port which is accompanied by a power switch, along with a switch. In addition, there is an optional 24V 1.5A output.
At the base of the system we can place the wash tank or the UV protection housing. Both the UV curing rotating tray and the tank have a gear that fits with the turning wheel. There are also four round support bearings to support the rotating weight.

Rotation system
The ELEGOO Mercury Plus V3.0 offers us a methacrylate snap-on base to place the curing parts, it is very easy to dismantle and clean. There are also two mirrors under the removable stand to reflect the UV light to the bottom of the parts.
Wash basin
In the ELEGOO Mercury Plus V3.0 we have a wash bucket of up to 7.5 liters of capacity where we can fit a custom-made washing rack.

Controls
On the front we have a small LED display that indicates the time. Underneath we have icons to switch between UV light or washing, raise or lower the time in 30 seconds and button to start/stop the process. Active. The UV lights only turn on if we have the protection cover on.
Test bench
Washing
We start up the system and perform tests with the ELEGOO Mercury Plus V3.0 and its washing system. As we can see, a whirlpool is created in the center, rotating with force. We recommend passing the part through a water or alcohol bath (even if it is already used) before putting it in the bucket for a final cleaning.
Curing
There are two columns of UV lights in the ELEGOO Mercury Plus V3.0, we find 12 12 lamps with a wavelength of 405 nm, the standard in the most common resins. When the curing process is finished, we are warned with a series of beeps. The results are quite good.

This new pack of washing and curing ELEGOO Mercury Plus V3.0 is undoubtedly an all in one quite comfortable, we can use it in our prints regularly. The tray system with its washing grid is practical and allows to leave also the creation plate. It is very easy to insert and remove the pieces to work, with a volume of up to 7.5 liters. The UV lights and its tray rotation system give good results. It is necessary to test it to find the right times for our work and materials.
In short, the ELEGOO Mercury Plus V3.0 is a very comfortable all-in-one for washing and curing our large volume 3D resins. An interesting option if we need these dimensions.
