The new ELEGOO Mercury Plus V3.0 washing and curing system is now available, which is a substantial improvement over the previous version in volume and power.
This new 2 in 1 combo is a substantial improvement over the Mercury Plus V2.0 that we saw recently in one of our reviews. Now we have a much higher volume reaching 7.5 Liters. In addition, it has two options for use with the creation plate or without it, with the part directly in the tank. An ideal pack to combine with the ELEGOO Mars 5 Ultra printer, as it has the right volume and fits perfectly with its creation plate.
A pack that helps us to have everything collected occupying the smallest possible volume. In addition, the two UV curing lamps and the powerful centrifuge will give us good results.
ELEGOO Mercury Plus V3.0, washing and curing up to 7.5L
We now have a maximum wash volume of 7 .5 liters, a considerable leap from the 3.5 liters of the previous version. As explained, it is possible to use it in two ways, one with the piece directly in the tank which gives us a volume of 260 x 230 x 135 mm. On the other hand, we can leave the creation plate staying in a volume of 180 x 214 x 135 mm.
The tank itself can be stored inside the curing chamber, so we have less equipment in our work area. The tank incorporates a basket to be able to put in and take out the pieces without any problem.
The UV curing system provides two columns of lighting with 24 LEDs of 405 nm, with the 360º rotation of the base where we deposit the piece ensures a perfect complete curing. The curing area comes with a UV protection cover so that we do not reach the emissions of this light system if we are near, blocking 99.9% of emissions.
On the front of the curing and washing station we have LED push buttons with which we can easily manage all the options. It is easy to assign the washing or curing time we need for each of our parts.
