Curious tablet that we find today on Aliexpress.com under the name of EVPAD EPLAY i8 with an unusual design and aimed at viewing multimedia content and connect it to an external screen thanks to its HDMI 2.0. Its large top front hides 4 speakers that theoretically have to give us a good sound, which is not very difficult considering the usual level of audio that Chinese tablets have. The rest of the specifications are quite normal and the presence of a Rockchip SoC, unusual in tablets, is surprising.
SoC, RAM and storage
The EVPAD EPLAY i8 tablet includes an RK3368 Octa Core SoC with eight ARM Cortex-A53 cores running at a speed of 1.5GHz and a PowerVR SGX6110 GPU. The RAM is 2GB DDR3 and the storage is 32GB eMMc expandable via the microSD card reader it has.
