Google Stadia app now available for Android TV

You can already download and install the Google Stadia APP for the Android TV platform, although it will not work until the next day, June 23, the server are still close to connections.

Looking for “Stadia” in the Google store for Android TV you can install the app of this platform that in this version for Android TV adds support for game controllers outside the official, something that will certainly facilitate the use of this gaming service in the cloud.

The list of officially compatible devices is short, but it highlights the new Chromecast with Google TV, the Nvidia Shield and the popular Xiaomi Boxes Mi BOX 3 and Mi BOX S. We assume that it will also be compatible with others that are not on the list as the Mecool KM2 and other similar devices certified by Google. In case the Stadia APP does not work Google has enabled in its settings the “experimental” option to use it on devices that are not officially compatible.
