We are surprised in Chinese stores the appearance of a projector with HD quality called GT-S8. A team of which we highlight its external design outside the usual design lines used by most brands and also uses aluminum as a base. It is also surprising that its price is very good for the resolution of this projector. As always we will find that the internal player of this projector does not support the AC3 audio format as standard, so it is almost mandatory to connect a miniPC or a TV-box to get the best performance when using it as a mediaplayer.
Projector specifications
The GT-S8 projector has a projector with LCD technology with a native resolution of 1280 × 800 pixels, luminosity of 3500 Lumens and a contrast of 3000:1. The focus is manual, such as trapezoidal correction and we can get a screen with recommended dimensions between 32″ and 137″ with a projection distance between 1 and 4m. The chassis with physical controls at the top includes two speakers in the 5w chassis and is cooled by an internal fan.
Connections and other features
The connection interfaces of the GT-S8 are two USB 2.0 ports, analog audio and video outputs, VGA port and an HDMI where we can connect consoles, Blu-Ray players or any other device. Also included in the pack is an IR remote control and cables such as VGA and AV.
