We do not have many alternatives of Android Box with DTT and satellite tuner, but today we have a new option with the GTMEDIA GTX Combo.
This is a box with Android 9 quite interesting thanks to the presence of an Amlogic S905X3 processor, multiple tuner for DTT HD + satellite + cable and an internal bay where we can connect a SATA SSD and thus have a fast and cheap storage.
A fairly complete all-in-one that as usual in this brand includes support for IPTV M3U lists and CCCam, PowerVU and Biss protocols.
GTMEDIA GTX Combo Specifications
The GTMEDIA GTX Combo Box includes as engine an AMlogic S905X3 SoC manufactured in 12nm. This chip is a Quad Core with ARM Cortex-A55 processors up to 1.9 GHz and integrates a Mali-G31 MP2 GPU, a processor you can read our review. The VPU is an Amlogic Video Engine 10 with HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG support among others.
We also have inside 2 GB of DDR4 RAM, 32 GB of internal storage and as we have already mentioned an internal bay with SATA3 connector and space for a 2.5″ HDD storage unit.
Other specifications
In the field of wireless connectivity, we find Dual Band Wifi and Bluetooth 4.1. The connectors included in the plastic box are CI+ card readers, AC, antenna inputs, USB 2.0 port, another USB 3.0, a Gigabit Ethernet connector, SPDIF digital output, an analog audio and video output interface and an HDMI 2.1 video output.
