A system update is always welcome, although surely few Android Boxes, or none, will receive the update to Android 12 knowing how the Chinese manufacturers of cheap boxes work. On the other hand, the H96 MAX V12 is the typical cheap product, suitable as a 4K media player, internet surfing and simple games. H96 MAX V12 Specifications
The Box H96 MAX V12 integrates the Rockchip RK3318 SoC manufactured in 28 nm as its central core. A chip that has four ARM Cortex-A53 processors capable of reaching 1.5 Ghz and a Mali-450 MP5 GPU that includes native H.265 and VP9 video decoding up to 4K@60fps resolutions with support for HDR .
There are versions available with 2/4 GB of DDR3 RAM and 16/32/64 GB of eMMc storage memory that we can expand by adding a memory card to the SD card reader that we see on the side of the box.
