HEADWOLF WPad 5 a new 10.1" with Android 14

The new HEADWOLF WPad 5 arrives in stores, a tablet that is around $90 and already brings Android 14 as operating system.

This is a 10.1 inch with a fairly simple configuration commanded by a Unisoc T606 processor. A chip with enough power to run apps smoothly and games at medium or low level smoothly and, for reference, has a score of about 220,000 points in Antutu 9.

As we can see, a tablet without too many pretensions intended for home use and enough to play multimedia, browse, and use applications without complications. As a bonus, it has Widevine L1 DRM certificates to watch Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, Netflix, and other streaming services in HD or Full HD quality.

HEADWOLF WPad 5 Specifications

In the HEADWOLF WPad 5 tablet we find a Unisoc T606 processor manufactured in 12nm FinFET. This chip is an Octa Core with 2 high-performance ARM Cortex-A75 processors capable of reaching 1.6 GHz, six ARM Cortex-A55 processors with a maximum speed of 1.6 GHz and an ARM Mali-G57 MP1 GPU that reaches 650 Mhz. A processor with a power to run apps smoothly and games at medium or low level smoothly.

We also have 4 GB of RAM expandable with 4 GB of extra virtual memory. As storage, we now have 128 GB that we can expand through the micro SD card reader up to 2 TB.

Display and other features

We have a 10.1-inch IPS In-Cell (single-layer display) touchscreen with 2K resolution of 1920×1200 pixels, 16:10 aspect ratio, 1000:1 contrast, 400 cd/m² brightness and reduced bezels. The cameras are also improved with a 5 MP front with microphone, in the rear area we have an 8 MP main camera with autofocus and LED flash.

In the HEADWOLF WPad 5 tablet we also find Wi-Fi aC Dual Band, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a 5500 mAh battery that theoretically lets us watch up to 6 hours of video and two speakers.

As connectivity, we have 3.5 mm audio jack in case we want to connect headphones and a USB Type-C port for data, audio, and recharge the internal battery conveniently.
