New Chinese Box that we found on AliExpress under the name of HK1 RBOX H8 and that is based on the recent SoC Quad Core Allwinner H618.
A Box that already comes with at least Android 12 as a system and with a chip that finally supports hardware decoding for the AV1 codec, although it is still a small evolution of the Allwinner H616. The rest of its hardware falls within the normal range and allows us to use this box as a multimedia centre up to 4K UHD resolutions without problems or to install and use apps of all kinds, including emulators and games, without too much graphic demand.
As always, in this type of Box, it is better to forget about updates and remember that they are not suitable for viewing videos in the highest quality in the apps of paid streaming platforms.
