The new HONOR Pad X9 Pro has just been launched for sale in China, a mid-range tablet that we assume will arrive in the West with its corresponding adapted version.
Inside its elegant body, we find the Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 SoC, which is responsible for moving the whole thing. With its 440,000 points in Antutu, it is close to the Snapdragon 888 and is above the Mediatek Dimensity 8000. A SoC with which we will have no performance problems to run any app and 99% of games. Its screen seems to be of a certain quality thanks to its 2K resolution and its refresh rate that reaches 120 Hz, something that our eyes will be grateful for.
The rest of the hardware of this new HONOR does not particularly stand out, perhaps its 8300 mAh battery is its other strongest point. Finally, as an operating system we are up-to-date with Android 15 although it has the MagicOS 9.0 brand layer.

Inside this new HONOR tablet, we have as engine a well-known Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 SoC manufactured in 6nm. An Octa Core chip with high-performance ARM Cortex-A73 processors capable of reaching 2.8 GHz, four ARM Cortex-A53 processors with a maximum speed of 1.9 GHz and an Adreno 610 GPU that reaches 614 Mhz. A processor with a power to move apps without problems and games at medium or low level.
The version of this tablet on offer comes with 6/8 GB of RAM soldered on the board and for storage 128/256 GB, with the option to expand it up to 512 GB thanks to the micro SD card reader included.
Display and other notable features
The HONOR Pad X9 Pro tablet has an IPS screen with a size of 11.5 inches (ca. 29 centimetres) with a resolution of 2000×1200, 10:6 aspect ratio, brightness of 400 nits and refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The front camera is 5 MP, the rear camera is 8 MP and in the sound section we have a microphone and 4 immersive sound speakers.
On the sides, we find its single USB Type-C 2.0 port for charging and data transfer. We also have wireless connectivity Wifi 5, Bluetooth 5.1 and the battery is 8300 mAh with fast charging 35 W.
Price and where to buy
- The new HONOR Pad X9 Pro will soon go on sale in online stores such as AliExpress at a price that we do not know, although as a reference its price in China is $150 at the exchange rate.
