Jumper EZpad M10 a new cheap 10″ tablet with the Octa Core SoC UNISOC T618

New tablet available EZpad M10 that follows the line of this range of products mounting the SoC UNISOC T618 that is working so well, you can see its performance in our review of the Teclast T40 Plus tablet.

In this tablet we find the popular Octa Core Unisoc T618 chip manufactured in 12nm which is more than enough for home use and entertainment. In this new tablet we find Android 11 as operating system, it also has connectivity with 4G-LTE modem, GPS and has a very attractive design. The rest of the specifications are quite conventional and do not surprise us, the price is also in line with these.

SoC, RAM and Storage

The EZpad M10 tablet integrates as its heart a Unisoc T618 Octa Core SoC that includes 2 high-performance ARM Cortex-A75 processors capable of reaching 2.0 GHz, six ARM Cortex-A55 processors with a maximum speed of 2.0 GHz ARM and an ARM Mali-G52 MP3 GPU that reaches 850 Mhz.

We have 4 GB of RAM on the motherboard and an internal storage of 128 GB that we can expand thanks to the micro SD card found in the SIM tray.

Display and other specifications

The touch screen of the EZpad M10 is a 10.1-inch IPS OGS with a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels and fairly small side frames. At the top of the screen we have a 5 MP camera with microphone that complements the 13 MP rear camera that integrates two small LEDs as flash.

This tablet integrates a 4G-LTE Multiband modem with Dual SIM tray, Wifi aC, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a 5000 mAh battery that theoretically lets us watch up to 6 hours of video and two speakers in the upper area. In terms of connectivity we have a USB Type-C port for charging or data and a 3.5 mm audio jack.

For this money I’ve seen better tablets with the same SOC from Teclast and Bmax I think. I was thinking of buying one but I’m not sure if the bootloader is unlocked or not.
If the bootloader is locked they’re useless as the support will be poor with few or even 0 updates.
