The KUU brand presents to us its new KUU Lebook Pro. A flexible 2-in-1 device that offers high power and a CNC integrated moulding technology to create a Light-weight but Solid body.
In terms of design, the KUU Lebook Pro follows in the line of the Lebook family, as we can see this device has a compact 10 mm metal body and incorporates a fan with improved efficiency and lower noise level. Among the new features compared to its previous version, we find the Intel Core I7-8550U processor, higher screen resolution and double the RAM memory with 16 GB. A product that has a similar design to the Microsoft Surface but has a much lower price, no doubt.
KUU Lebook Pro Specs
The 2 in 1 KUU Lebook Pro has as its core a low power Intel Core I7-8550U processor manufactured in 14nm. Includes four cores and eight threads of execution that reaches up to 3.40 GHz and integrates an Intel HD Graphics 620 GPU that is capable of playing video up to 4K@60fps resolution. To cool the CPU we have this time a fan that has been improved by listening to user demands.
The total RAM memory is 16 GB LPDDR4 in two expandable SODIMM slots, for storage we have installed a 512 GB PCIe SSD storage capacity and a microSD card reader. A configuration with which Windows will move smoothly, as well as most productivity programs such as Office and the like.
Display and other features
This KUU model has a screen with a size of 12.6″ IPS with 2160 x 1440 pixels resolution and 4:3 format have support for the included Stylus that give us up to 4096 levels of pressure. In the lower area we have the anchor for the magnetic Bluetooth keyboard that we can and allows us to enter texts comfortably thanks to his Italian Alcantara material.
On the back of the tablet we have a U-Shaped tripod to hold the device while typing with the keyboard or drawing with the Stylus, it can be opened between 0 and 150 degrees. It also has a fingerprint reader button to unlock the system using Windows Hello easily and quickly.
This 2 on 1 have a 5MP front camera with microphone is integrated into the casing to complement the 8MP rear camera. It has a Wi-Fi aC 2×2 Dual Band adapter, Bluetooth 4.2, and we have two USB 3.0 Type-C ports one with Thunderbolt 4 protocol, 3.5 mm audio jack and two speakers of 1 W each for audio output.
In terms of battery, we have a capacity of 42 Wh which gives us an autonomy of up to 6 hours and has a fast charge PD of 45W. This 2-in-1 tablet is made of aluminium, measures 17.32 x 10.63 x 2.36 inches and weighs 4.4 pounds.
